1. The Basics

Perspion is a product of WheyDev LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA. By using Perspion, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's okay, but you shouldn't use the service.

2. What Perspion Does

Perspion analyzes publicly available YouTube comments using artificial intelligence (Google Gemini). It categorizes comments, identifies content requests, tracks sentiment, and surfaces insights to help creators better understand their audience.

The analysis results are generated by AI and may not be 100% accurate. You should use them as one input in your decision-making, not as the only one.

3. Your Account

You need to be at least 18 years old to use Perspion (or have your parent or guardian's consent). You sign in using Google OAuth. One account per person, please. You're responsible for keeping your account secure.

4. Plans and Billing

Perspion offers a free tier with limited usage. Paid plans (Pro and Agency) are billed monthly through Polar, our payment processor.

You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial months.

We may change our pricing, but we'll give you 30 days notice before any changes take effect.

5. Play Nice

  • Don't use Perspion to harass, stalk, or target individuals.
  • Don't scrape or redistribute the data we provide.
  • Don't use bots or automated tools to abuse our API.
  • Don't try to get around your plan's usage limits.

6. Who Owns What

YouTube comments belong to the people who wrote them. The AI-generated insights we provide are yours to use as a subscriber. Perspion's name, brand, code, and design belong to WheyDev LLC.

7. The "As Is" Part

Perspion is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do our best to make it useful and reliable, but we can't guarantee it will always be perfect.

We're not liable for any decisions you make based on AI-generated insights. Our maximum liability is limited to what you've paid us in the last 12 months.

We're also not responsible for changes to YouTube's API, outages, or the accuracy of YouTube's data.

8. If We Shut Down

We hope we won't, but WheyDev LLC may discontinue Perspion at any time. If that happens, we'll give you at least 30 days notice via email. During that period, you'll be able to export your data. We'll refund the current billing period, but not any previous ones.

9. Your Data

We care about your privacy. Check our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

10. Legal Stuff

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If we ever need to sort something out legally, it'll happen in Wyoming.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll give you 30 days notice. If you keep using Perspion after the changes take effect, you're agreeing to the new terms.
